Our INGREDIENTS are sourced from nearby farmers as much as possible. Anything unavailable close by, we source from the best producers possible to ensure the best quality.
We bake our pizza in a WOOD FIRED OVEN which heats to around 900 degrees Fahrenheit. Our pizzas cook in 90 seconds, creating beautiful black bubbles and a sweet, chewy crust.
